Violet it was such a pleasure to have known you and to have been albeit a small part of your life. I will always treasure the gift you gave me on one of my birthdays, a trinket box with a beautiful red rose on the lid. For a few years we did the coordination of the counting of the money raised for Christian Aid at your house. Eager to see how much had been raised, through our collectors at St Margarets. We were also on the rota as a team for the church cleaning again at St Margarets. Coffee mornings, bring and buys... so many things you were involved in the list goes on, you were a great asset to church and I know it was greatly appreciated by the comments made since you are not with us. But your memory lives on within the church and with everyone who knew you, with great affection. God Bless you and keep you in his presence.
